Biotthery aims to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Biotthery pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
• International Shipping: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
